The Media Loves Pickleball - Even at Christmas

Jack Beck, the ambassador for Sarasota-Venice, just sent an e-mail indicating that JACK PERKINS of WEDU TV will feature Pickleball on his "Gulf Coast Journal" program on Thursday December 25 (Christmas Day) at 8:00 pm.

The Venice - Sarasota Pickleball group put on a demo and played several games in preparation for this TV show.

This program was taped at Foxworthy/By Pass Park in Venice. Jack says, "we are very excited about the coverage in our large area; sarasota county; part of the Atlantic South Region."

In each of the episodes of Gulf Coast Journal , Jack Perkins highlights the people and places that make Sarasota and West Cental Florida such a rich and varied community.
